Refund and cancellation policy
- 1.No refunds will be issued after the first delivery day of the meal plan.
- 2.If cancellation is requested on the first delivery day, the delivery charges for the full subscription period remain non-refundable. Delivery charges are calculated at BD 0.600 for every scheduled delivery day.
- 3.Only 50% of the food amount will be refundable when cancellation is requested on the first delivery day. Ingredients are purchased and prepared in advance specifically for each subscription.
- 4.Approved refunds may take 3 to 5 working days to process.
- 5.Refunds are processed only after Zero Guilt reviews and approves the cancellation request.
