Refund and cancellation policy

  1. 1.No refunds will be issued after the first delivery day of the meal plan.
  2. 2.If cancellation is requested on the first delivery day, the delivery charges for the full subscription period remain non-refundable. Delivery charges are calculated at BD 0.600 for every scheduled delivery day.
  3. 3.Only 50% of the food amount will be refundable when cancellation is requested on the first delivery day. Ingredients are purchased and prepared in advance specifically for each subscription.
  4. 4.Approved refunds may take 3 to 5 working days to process.
  5. 5.Refunds are processed only after Zero Guilt reviews and approves the cancellation request.
